Our team is a fabulous mix of volunteers, freelancers, & paid staff.
Please note that many team members only work for one day a week/month, so they may take a while to get back to you.

Anna (they/she) officially launched T(ART) Productions in 2021. They saw a huge need for queer spaces that were welcoming, accessible, and don't need you to stay up past 10pm.
They are neurodivergent, non-binary, Disabled and queer. They have been working in the arts and charity sector for ten years, creating exciting and innovative projects. They have training in accessibility, inclusion, and safeguarding. They love creating spaces that are creative, camp, and welcoming for everyone.

Hannah (they/any) joined the team in 2022 to help develop T(ART) - building policies, strategies, and acting as Lord Finance.
They have been working in the arts and charity sector for over ten years. They are a professional queer, previously working on the Beyond the Binary project and co-curated exhibition at the Pitt Rivers Museum. In their spare time they love playing Dungeons and Dragons - they are a big nerd!
Hannah is non-binary, a queer person of colour and neurodiverse.

Xander (he/him) is in charge of our cabaret events, most notably OxPHWOARd, as well as private events entertainment. He is also an established burlesque performer who performs in shows and festivals across the UK. Don’t miss his spectacular acts as Frisky Whispers!

Al (he/they) has been volunteering for T(ART) Productions since 2023, and has since become a director in 2025. He supports running various events and projects supporting the fabulous T(ART) community.
Al is Neurodivergent, Queer and Disabled. They are also a carer for their partner, and he is passionate about all things accessibility! Al has experience being a support worker for vulnerable adults and young people. Al is also an artist, so is keen to promote all things creative and accessible.
Community Director

Chloe (she/her) joined T(ART) in 2025. She keeps us running by organising events, managing our inbox, and managing lots of the little things.
She is queer, neurodivergent, and Disabled. Chloe is currently studying Cultural and Critical Theory, researching Phenomenology, race and embodied practices. She cares deeply about making sure that everyone is seen and heard.
She is also a singer songwriter, and loves a sad acoustic song!
Admin & Events Officer

Claire (she/they) runs T(ART)’s social channels and newsletter, and is the go-to person for anything comms or marketing related.
Claire is also a writer and academic researcher, specialising in the transmission of stories from antiquity to the present day.
When not tip-tapping away at a keyboard you can find them foraging for mushrooms in the woods or dangling from a piece of aerial equipment (her back up plan is running away to join the circus).

Mara (she/they) is a writer, performer, and researcher completing her PhD in Classics at the University of Oxford, where she specializes in women’s classical reception and scholarship through the lenses of modern gender, sexuality and feminism. She co-founded the Oxford Queer Studies Network. She is a former actor and works with museums on LGBTQIA+ storytelling, disability representation and outreach. As a disabled and autistic lesbian, she is extremely passionate about championing access, particularly in museums, with her disability, chronic illness and neurodivergence audio guide ‘Rebellious Bodies’ at the Ashmolean being a highlight.

E (they/them) is a queer disabled artist based in West Oxfordshire. They are part of the T(ART) Productions team, a leading Disabled Monitor for our Raspberry Ripples group for LGBTQIA+ Disabled people, and sometimes they teach our Life Drawing Classes!

Molly (she/they) created our Queer Allotment project, Fruit Patch, in 2025. She's been working with T(ART) since 2022! They have experience running both community and gardening groups. She is also an artist and hopes to make the allotment a creative space too.
Molly is queer, neurodivergent, disabled, and experiences chronic pain.

Forest (she/they) is a queer neurodivergent trans woman who lives with chronic pain and runs our Fruit Salads and Fruit Cakes groups. She's been coming to our events since we started and has been facilitating for us since 2023.
