We are excited to announce our new training programmes and consultancy services. We're focused on helping you take practical steps towards inclusion.

Creating a safer space for everyone is a core part of our philosophy. We’re proud to be a company led by trans and neurodivergent people, and aim to centre marginalised identities in all we do.

 

We want to help you create a culture of accessibility and inclusion, and making sure that everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.

A practical guide to crafting an accessible business

This workshop will give you a strong understanding about what steps you can take to make your company, event, venue, or service more accessible. It will cover:

  • What is a Disability

  • Legal requirements around accessibility

  • How to provide accessibility info

  • Inclusive recruitment

  • Specific accommodations for different needs

  • Access to Work Scheme

  • Disability and intersectionality

  • Accessibility beyond Disability

In addition to this you will receive resources including:

  • A workplace accommodations plan

  • An accessibility checklist

  • A guide to creating wellbeing spaces

  • A sensory kit list

  • A guide to accessible formatting

  • A list of online resources

  • A list of other, more specific training organisations

 

This workshop aims to give you a very general overview of accessibility. If we are not confident that we have the skills required for a specific need of yours, we are happy to recommend other companies who can help.

A practical guide to crafting LGBTQIA+-friendly spaces

This workshop will give you a strong understanding about what steps you can take to make your company, events, venue, or services more LGBTQIA+ friendly. It will cover:

 

  • LGBTQIA+ definitions

  • Legal requirements

  • Common misconceptions 

  • Writing safer space policies

  • Inclusive policies and procedures 

  • Queerness and intersectionality

  • Practical steps to take 

 

In addition to this you will receive resources including:

  • A name / pronoun usage form

  • A sample transition at work policy

  • A glossary of LGBTQIA+ terms

  • A list of online resources

  • A list of other, more specific training organisations

Tailored diversity and accessibility advice for your workspace

Create a safer space for everyone and embed accessibility and inclusion at every level of your organisation by:
